Kale crisps

Pictures do not do this one justice! Who knew you could make something so yummy and yet so healthy so easily!! I serve this at lunch, dinner and as a snack! They crisp up beautifully and remind me slightly of the seaweed you get from the Chinese takeaways!

Ingredients-

Kale

Salt

Olive oil

Cut any large stems off the kale

That’s all the prep you need really! If the kale doesn’t come prewashed give it a good rinse and make sure you dry it off well.

Put it into s baking tray and drizzle a little olive oil over it followed by a little salt. (You can do it without the salt if it’s for baby!)


Pop into a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 15-20mins then serve! If you store them for another day they can be crisped up by popping them back into the oven for 3-4mins.
